While his methods are completely original and like nothing I’ve ever seen before in a youth worker, I can not stress enough how amazing Rick is.

I’ve known Rick for a few years now and to be able to see how far he has built MANA Youth Project has just been amazing! Rick is such a caring man with so much to offer, he has helped me deal with certain situations in life and to be able to overcome obstacles that life throws at me in such a positive way! Rick and his team have had such a positive effect on both our teenage sons and 9 year old daughter in bringing out skills and confidence of learnings growing up the past few years. Mana Youth is giving back to our children the confidence to move forward in spite of their ongoing anxiety and AHAD issues. Couldn't recommend them any further.

Mana Youth Project is such a wonderful concept in bringing together young like minded kids and enhancing their creativity through connection. My kid has absolutely loved the anime drawing sessions with Glyn and has come so far in his confidence and love of drawing. Thank you to Rick and his mentors for encouraging and inspiring young kids to follow their passions. It’s so good for kids and tweens to have their talent nurtured.

I honestly don’t know how I can even begin to explain how much gratitude I have for Rick. I have a 19 year old son with ASD (Autism) who was completely lost and drowning in this world designed by Neurotypical people. After a very short period of time starting Rick’s program, I was seeing positive changes in not only his well-being but also his motivation. My son over the years had worked with so many different therapists and even went down the road of medication but since being nurtured, heard and validated by someone other than his immediate family, his self worth and confidence has taken leaps ahead. He is no longer taking medication and stepping in the right direction to finding himself and take on the world again. Thank you just doesn’t cut it, you have truly changed someone’s life for the better. You have taken him from the darkness back into the light and given him confidence to navigate his future. I’m so impressed that my son will continue on with other offered programs and I have now taken steps for Rick to also Mentor our other 2 younger sons with ASD. Eternally Grateful

I have 16 year old twin teenagers of the opposite sex and faced with a challenging time, the teenage blues. Like any parent who wants the best for her children I looked into Ricks program so that my kids could Be best geared up for the years ahead, and I wasn’t disappointed, they enjoyed each session, found Rick to be an amazing guy to connect with and I’m glad they just had someone else to guide them, talk too and put them on the correct path. If anyone is considering connecting with Rick for their children he is genuinely caring and invested which is definitely hard to find.
